The Napa/Solano Area Agency on Aging is governed by a seven-member Oversight Board that is responsible for providing advice and review of the agency’s activities and reports, approval of contracts, grants, RFP awards and conducting at least one annual public hearing. The Board’s fiscal oversight and general advice help make the agency’s mission reality.

The Board meets monthly to review fiscal documents and service units.
