Solano County Virtual Dementia Caregiver Support Groups
Support groups provide a safe and confidential environment for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. They also educate participants about dementia and help them develop strategies and skills to solve problems. Fourth Thursday 9:00 – 10:30 am; Second Wednesday 7:00 – 9:00 pm.

Tai Chi for Arthritis
Classes are offered virtually, for beginners and experts. All you need is a computer and space to stand and stretch. Tai Chi strengthens core muscles, improves balance, and reduces the risk of falls.
